    TPO (thermoplastic polyolefin) is one of the most widely specified single-ply commercial systems in the region. Metro Shields Contracting installs, repairs and assesses heat-welded TPO systems for offices, warehouses, retail centers, multifamily properties and industrial buildings.

    System performance depends on seam integrity, attachment method and detailing. We specify fully adhered, mechanically attached or ballasted assemblies based on deck type, wind exposure, insulation goals and budget — and document seam work throughout installation.
